Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy

• The Health In Motion Rehabilitation clinic requires a Physiotherapist and a Massage Therapist for our growing practice. One to two years of experience as a Therapist is ideal. However, we will consider a recent graduate from a Physiotherapy or Massage Therapy program from an accredited college.
• Experience in pediatric therapy and neurological treatment is required.
• These are contract positions, which may become long term positions with the clinic.

Marketing and Outreach Representative (FT)

Health In Motion Rehabilitation seeks an energetic, motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our professional team.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well both individually and in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Understanding of the industry and its key issues.
• Understanding of communication channels and flow of information used by clients in the industry, and the ability to develop ways to participate in that channel.
• Knowledge of Adobe software, movie production, and HTML.
• Market/public relations program graduate.

Job description:

• Developing outreach plan for Health In Motion.
• Identifying potential private sector partners interested in Health In Motion programs in Canada.
• Coordinating and planning the logistics of all Health In Motion fundraising, outreach and networking events, including but not limited to: securing the location, working with vendors, and obtaining press coverage.
• Building partnerships with industry associations, informal networks and other organizations. Seeking out targeted and innovative marketing and business development opportunities, and using industry knowledge, research and competitive intelligence to target prospective clients.
• Identifying opportunities for securing media coverage and working alone or with a media outreach consultant to secure regular coverage for the organization.
• Identifying, building and maintaining relationships with targeted journalists. Drafting, editing and proofreading web content, publications and media outreach materials. Creating and writing all press releases in English. Writing and preparing brochures and other marketing material.
• Maintaining press kits, cultivating media contacts and maintaining a media database in the GTA and throughout the Canada. Answering and fulfilling media inquiries.
• Keeping Health In Motion's presence in social media tools updated and monitoring these pages to make sure there is no inappropriate content being added.
